Terms of Service

These terms govern use of https://nsisonglabs.com and provide a general framework for working with Nsisong Labs. Specific project terms are set out in your proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging Nsisong Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you are entering into a project on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Nsisong Labs is operated by Nsisong Enterprises Limited (RC 1711144).

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with site performance, security, or availability.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale without written permission.
  • Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or misleading material.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

3. Website content

Articles, case studies, guides, and other materials on this website are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, medical, or security advice. Implementation details vary by project, regulation, and risk profile.

We may update, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.

4. Professional services

Nsisong Labs provides product engineering services, including fullstack web development, automation engineering, AI application integration, platform support, and security or code review work.

A binding services engagement begins only when both parties agree to written terms, typically through a proposal, statement of work, invoice acceptance, or signed contract. Website copy, discovery calls, and emails alone do not create a binding delivery obligation.

5. Consultations and discovery

We offer a free discovery call for new project conversations and paid consultation sessions when deeper planning is needed. Current consultation pricing is $50 for 30 minutes or $100 for 1 hour. Paid consultation fees may be credited toward project cost when stated on our consultation page and agreed in writing.

Consultation output is advisory. Technical recommendations depend on information available at the time and may change after fuller discovery.

6. Client responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, access, and decision making needed for delivery.
  • Supply accurate requirements and lawful content, data, and credentials.
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials, APIs, trademarks, or third-party tools you ask us to use.
  • Review deliverables and report issues within agreed review windows.
  • Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.

7. Intellectual property

Our website and brand materials

The Nsisong Labs name, logo, website design, and original site content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reuse them without permission except for ordinary linking to our public pages.

Client project deliverables

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, custom software, documentation, and other deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement are assigned or licensed to you after fees for the relevant work are paid. We may retain pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how used across clients.

Portfolio and publicity

Unless you request confidentiality in writing, we may describe the engagement at a high level and display non-sensitive visuals in our portfolio, case studies, or proposals. We will not publish credentials, private data, or unreleased product details without approval.

8. Security and audit work

Security reviews, code audits, and AI safety assessments identify risks based on the scope, access, and time available. They reduce risk but do not guarantee that a system is free from vulnerabilities or that no incident will occur. Remediation and retesting may require a separate scope.

You are responsible for obtaining any authorization needed for us to test systems, repositories, or infrastructure you ask us to review.

9. Third-party tools and platforms

Projects often rely on third-party hosting, payment, analytics, AI model, blockchain, or SaaS providers. Their terms, fees, outages, and policy changes are outside our direct control. We will flag dependencies during scoping where practical.

10. Fees, invoices, and taxes

Pricing is defined in your proposal or contract. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, third-party license costs, and pass-through infrastructure charges. Late payment may pause work after notice.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed project agreement, the website and any pre-contract discussions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or that every article, estimate, or informal technical comment is complete for your specific environment.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nsisong Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or from pre-contract communications.

For paid services, liability limits and remedies are governed by your signed project agreement. If no separate cap exists, our aggregate liability for a specific engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business and technical information shared during sales and delivery as confidential. Mutual confidentiality terms in a signed agreement take precedence over this section.

14. Termination

We may suspend website access or refuse service in cases of abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment. Project termination, notice periods, and deliverables on termination are defined in your services agreement.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes relating to website use that are not covered by a separate services contract should be brought before the competent courts in Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
